WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
This will depend on the delivery option you select, but please see below as a guideline
UK 1-5 working days
Europe 2-7 working days
Rest of World 5-10 working days
HOW LONG FOR BESPOKE ORDERS?
Please allow up to 3 weeks delivery for our bespoke knickers. However, if you have a specific date in mind, please contact us and we will try and arrange this for you. Our bespoke knickers are so popular with brides, we try and accommodate where ever possible.
IF I ORDER ANOTHER ITEM WITH MY BESPOKE KNICKERS, WILL THESE BE SENT IN A SEPARATE DELIVERY?
Your order will be sent together unless otherwise specified, as only one postage & packaging charge is made.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order has been despatched we will email you the tracking number to enable you to follow its delivery path.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If your order has been despatched and you have received a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled or changed. You must wait to receive your item/s and then return to us within 14 days (go to Delivery & Returns).
If you have not yet received a tracking number please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you.

HOW CAN I USE MY PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Promotion Codes are codes or code words that you will receive if you are signed up to the Ell and Cee newsletter. These will include offers such as for example free delivery, money off a certain style or money off a minimum spend. When you go to checkout there will be a box in which to enter the code and the offer will then be deducted from your total. Promotion Codes can only be used once per code.
